An  SS dagger for sale made by Bertram Reinh, Solingen. The 1933 pattern SS dagger with  ebony grip and solid nickel-silver cross guards. The lower cross guard gruppe-marked 'I'. The lower crossguard stamped with the SS members membership number, '116 725'.

The blade with motto and Bertram Reinh trademark. The scabbard with an original black anodised finish. The scabbard mounts in solid nickle-silver. The dagger complete with its original black leather vertical hanger.

Condition report: A good patina overall. Possibly  uncleaned. The ebony grip clean and free from adverse damage. Fine nickle-silver and black enamel Runes eye, along with nickle-silver eagle & swastika motif. Both emblems fitted well to the grip. A clean screw top, indicating the dagger has most possibly never been taken apart. Blade in overall very good condition , bright, and free from adverse greying or pitting. The moto remaining clear and sharp, with some blackening left.

Scabbard with approximately 95% original black anodised finish free from dents. Nickle-silver top and bottom scabbard mounts in excellent condition. Bottom ball free from crushing. All screws present. The vertical hanger with supple leather and patina  complimenting  the dagger.
