A German Polizei Officer sword for sale made by Alcoso, Solingen. The mounts in plated nickel-silver. The  ebony grip features the cut-in, heavy-silvered, wreathed eagle & swastika. The Polizei Officer sword with Alcoso-marked blade. Scabbard with black painted finish.

Condition report:  In good overall condition. The blade (90% polished finish remaining) with just one small area showing modest  pitting running along the edge for about 6" which stops the blade from being classified as 'excellent near mint.' The scabbard with its original factory-black paint (95% remaining), and the bottom mount is in excellent condition.
