NSKK Marine dagger for sale, manufactured by the premier company, Eickhorn, Solingen. The dagger with a fine, deep red wooden dagger grip with SA Runes eye, and eagle/swastika motifs. The eagle & swastika motif in nickle-silver, and with sharp detail remaining. The Runes-eye in mint condition with perfect enamel. The NSKK Marine dagger has typical golden plated mounts thoughout as would be expected. The dagger blade  bearing the usual SA / NSKK motto to the obverse, and the reverse with the RZM maker-code designation, and the Eickhorn manufacturer number 'M7 / 66'. In addition, the Eickhorn squirrel logo.

The scabbard with black painted finish , and with golden plated scabbard mounts. The dagger retains its leather hanger with golden finishings, along with a belt loop.

Condition report: The dagger in overall excellent, towards near mint condition. Uncleaned condition. The wood grip perfect, free from damage or marks. A good fit with the upper and lower crossguards, with little contraction. The top nut showing no obvious disturbance. The blade retaining 95% of its original polish and crossgrain with just the faintest runner marks, and a few graying marks visible. The scabbard with 90% black paint finish (some age spidering below the paint surface, and various marks to field, some of which go through to the metal body). The plated mounts surviving in a very good state of preservation, with a good 95% + of the golden plated finish present.  Wear more obvious to the plate finish on the reverse of the chains. All screws present and looking undisturbed. The leather hanger and belt loop supple.
