The Longines Weems Second-Setting watch with stainless steel turned case, and moving bezel with the standard, Weems patent lock. The dial in dull-silver with 1-12 hour digits. The press fit case-back revealing the Longines '12L' movement, fully-signed to the main bridge.
The original Weems storage case lined with dark blue velvet: the base with removable section to hold the watch in place, the lid with stylised, golden-metal propeller, bearing the impressed designation:
'LONGINES WEEMS - INVENTED BY LT.COMM. P.V.H. WEEMS - SECOND-SETTING WATCH.'
Condition report: Light use to the case. Plexi-glass clear and free from adverse scratching. Dial original. Hands original. Case-back clean and free from adverse scratches or damage. Bezel locking system working. Movement generally clean: slight rust marks to the top bridge and wheel. Watch functioning: would possibly benefit from a service. No warranty implied.
