Gallipoli Star for sale. A good  original issue piece in base metal with silvered finish and red enamel paint finish. The reverse with horizontal pin asembly.

Condition report: Showing much general use overall. Approximately 65% red enamel paint finish remaining to centre. One end ball missing.

Notes: The Gallipoli Star or Iron Crescent, was instituted by the Sultan Mehmed Reshad V. in 1915 for gallantry in battle. It was awarded for the duration of the First World War.
