A scarce, NSKOV (National-Socialist Kriegsopfersorgung) gorget. The NSKOV gorget in  the same design as the M1929 pattern SA / SS gorget; the heart-shaped, silver gorget has a fixed, central, gilted-brass stylised cross, with a centrally- mounted, silvered and enamelled NSKOV insignia. This consists of a swastika within a cross superimposed over a sword with a wreath of oakleaves. Reverse retains the dark-blue, felt backing cloth,
