Waffen-SS Panzer 'Wittmann Style' Ski-Cap

Waffen-SS ski-cap for sale. The Panzer, 'Wittmann-style,' Einheitsmütze ski-cap, in black wool, with a single-black button, and (particularly desireable combination of), BeVo woven, eagle & swastika, and skull- badge insignia, to the front.

Lined in a black cotton and with a size mark '56'. The lining with a sewn name-tag, Franz Koch'. 

Condition report: The Waffen-SS ski-cap showing a moderate amount of service-wear to both the exterior and lining. Frre from moth or other damage.

Note: the SS ski-cap offered for sale, is of the configuration worn by LAH Officer, Michael Wittmann, in the well-known Normandy Campaign portrait. A rare configuration much desired by collectors.
