The plaque complete with its black leatherette presentation case. The case with a white silk interior roof, and a mouse grey velvet.

Condition report: The plaque in excellent overall condition with all detail clear. The exterior of the case in excellent condition, free from damage. Interior has typical distress to the white silk which hides the hinge to the base, otherwise excellent overall condition.
