Condition report: Generally good. Wear and partial losses to spine.

Provenance: Liberated by the US Army in 1945, the personal library of Reichsleiter Dr.Hans Frank was given over to the Library of Congress. This dedicated edition was disposed of by the Library of Congress under their heading 'SURPLUS DUPLICATES' during the 1970s.
