A German Infantry Standard Bearer's tunic for sale with original insignia. The Infantry tunic is  finished in premium-quality field grey ribbed gabardine, with a dark green collar.

The tunic epaulettes with silvered-pip and regimental number '70,' along with fine old silver litzen collar patches and a early-quality old silver bullion wire eagle & swastika. The tunic sleeve with its original, BeVo woven, Infantry Standard Bearer patch.

The tunic is complete with a fine-quality, early-pattern, markmanship lanyard.

The Infantry Standard Bearer's tunic is offered for sale in pristine condition, with typical patination to the old silver tresse. The Standard Bearer patch insignia is not a later addition, therefore, the tunic is original in all respects.  Enhanced by the use of early, 'old silver tresse' throughout,  (c.f. later aluminum tresse), the tunic-quality is exceptionally fine: A superb, untouched, Heer Infantry Standard Bearers tunic for Infantry Regiment '70.'
