A Waffen-SS peak visor cap for sale. The 'Double Erel,' Waffen-SS, Cavalry  officer peak visor cap in  field-grey doeskin with black velvet capband and yellow piping.

The Waffen-SS peaked cap retains the early nickel-silver plated eagle, swastika and skull badge insignia, (as often encountered on coloured-piped caps), and silver capcords.

The lining to the peak visor cap is Erel 'Private' quality, with  peppermint green silk and a full celluloid diamond bearing a gold-blocked Erel trademark. The lining shows general use and the celluloid diamond has split in several places. To the outside, the Waffen-SS peak visor is in very good condition, free from moth or damage (although one pin repaired to eagle) with a pleasing shape.
