Fallschirmjager Badge By Osang | Cased | Provenance

Fallschirmjäger (Paratrooper) badge manufactured by G.H.Osang with case. This example being mid-to late war production. The badge with dark grey anodised wreath and silvered eagle/swastika.  The reverse with the typical small dome rivets. The G.H.Osang, Dresden name impressed to the centre. Typical needle pin assembly. The case of issue in dark blue with the silver blocked designation to the lid. Interior with blue flocked base, along with blue satin roof.

Condition report: Badge with 98% anodised grey finish remaining. The silver eagle remaining bright. The case in overall very good towards excellent condition. Case fastener functioning.

Provenance: Acquired by the consigner from the German-based auction house, Ratisbon's. Auction of 28th September 2016. Ratisbon's invoice included in the sale of this badge.
