Fallschirmjager Badge By GWL 

Fallschirmjäger (Paratrooper) badge manufactured by GWL. The badge with good dark anodised wreath and mercuric gilt eagle/swastika. The wing edge of the eagle, along with the swastika burnished to a crisp polished appearance. The reverse with the typical GWL sunken rivets. The GWL initials within a circle, impressed to the centre. Typical needle pin assembly. Original owner's initials scratched to the reverse, directly under the logo.

Condition report: The badge service used, but surviving in very good towards excellent condition.  Badge with 95% dark wreath and gilt finish remaining.
