An Historicaly-Important Waffen-SS Resource

SS-Standartenjucker Paul Koopman was based at the SS Training School For Leaders [SS Officer Candidate School],  in Bad Tolz, central Bavaria, Germany. Koopmann achieved the status of  SS-Untersturmführer at Bad Toltz. He subsequently joined SS Brigade "Nederland."

The sale includes a collection of approximately 30 documents from The Koopmann Archive. The documents relate to Koopmann's training and studies at Bad Tolz.  Particularly significant documents include drawings by Koopmann of the internal combustion engine, Koopmann's training regime details, photocopies of an article from HIAG Members Magazine [November 2007 edition], Der Frewillige; the article relates to Paul Koopmann, and his brother, Johannes (who also served in the Waffen-SS), and many others.

 Condition report: Generally clean. A few  documents with  creasing.
