Adolf Eickmann hand written Note for sale. The note, given to Michaelsen during the trial, states that he (Eichmann) has already given the information asked for. The note torn from a typical sheet of ruled paper, and bears the initial of Eichmann. The note has been crossed by Michaelsen in red pencil, along with a large 'M', showing that the note has been read and understood.

Condition report: TTorn sheet, as it would have been during the trial process. Clean condition. ink free from fading.

Background to Eichmann: Otto Adolf Eichmann (born 19th March 1906 - hanged 1st June 1962) was an SS-Obersturmbannführer and concidered to be one of the major organisers of the Holocaust. Eichmann was tasked by SS-Obergruppenführer Reinhard Heydrich with facilitating and managing the logistics of mass deportation of Jews to ghettos and extermination camps in German-occupied Eastern Europe during World War II. In 1960, Eichmann was captured in Argentina by Mossad, Israel's intelligence service. Following a widely publicised trial in Israel, he was found guilty of war crimes and hanged in 1962.
