Ostministerium Government Officials visor cap for sale. The cap with a typical mid-brown wool top, and dark brown capband, along with silver-aluminium piping. The cap has the large machine-embroidered off white eagle & swastika, and oakleaves with central swastika cockade. The exterior of the cap completed with silver-aluminium capcords. The interior has a fine mid-brown ribbed silk lining with a full celluliod diamond. The celluliod diamond bearing the red blocked name and logo of Schellenberg. The ersatz leather sweatband in a mid-brown colour. The cap retains a card size marker with black printed '56'.

Condition report: The visor cap for sale in overall very good condition. The mid-brown wool clean, and showing some wear (three moth holes to the roof). The capband also has some mothing in evidence. The insignia remains generally clean and fresh. The lining showing some slight use. Stunning high saddle form shape.

Notes: A part of a collection of NSDAP & Ost Ministerium artifacts. This cap has the excact same top material as the Ost Minsterium over coat. The cap and over coat were mounted together on a mannequin.
